We offer three plans to choose from. Platinum, gold, and value. All with 100% preventive dental benefits when you use providers within our network. There are benefits for over 370 procedures, including:
- Basic Dental Benefits: Simple and complex extractions, full mouth xrays, surgical removal of teeth, amalgam restoration, deep sedation/general anesthesia, much more.
- Preventive Dental Benefits (no deductible): Routine exams, cleanings, bitewings, fluoride treatments, much more.
- Major Dental Benefits: Onlays, denture repair, crown and crown repairs, maxillary partial denture-resin base, Pontiac’s-porcelain fused to noble metal, endodontics-root canal, periodontal scaling and root planing.

- Cosmetic Benefits: Teeth whitening, or professional tooth bleaching, is a popular cosmetic procedure. Plan members can enjoy a healthy, white smile, boosting self-confidence.
- Orthodontia Benefits: For dependent children of the plan, a lifetime benefit.
- Dental Rewards: This is a valuable feature that allows any qualifying plan member to carryover part of their annual maximum that is unused.
Caregiver Dental Insurance Highlights
- Large Nationwide Network or PPO: You save money when you visit a participating provider. This includes reduced fees to member clients.
- Freedom of Choice: The freedom to visit any licensed dentist. Visiting a preferred network dentist does decrease your out of pocket fees significantly.
- Maximum Covered Expense (MCE): This helps you to know exactly what your plan pays for each procedure that is covered, and pay the difference between that amount and the dentists fees.
- Easy Online Billing: This allows you to pay your bill online or to have premiums automatically deducted from your bank.
- Claims Convenience: You will be provided with an ID card to present to your dentist at the time of service. Your dentist can submit any bills to America’s, which pays the dentist directly. You will be provided with an Explanation of Benefits statement which explains how benefits were covered.
